Toughened / Heat Strengthened Glasses

For façade, curtain walls, railings, shower doors, doors & table tops, shelf glasses, etc.

Toughened or tempered glass is a type of safety glass processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass.

Tempered glass is less likely to experience a thermal break. With heat strengthened glass, the cooling process is slower, which means the compression strength is lower. In the end, heat strengthened glass is approximately twice as strong as annealed, or untreated, glass.

Minimum glass size: 300mm X 300mm
Maximum glass size: 2400mm X 6000mm

Insulated Glasses

For façades & partitions.

Insulated glazing (IG), more commonly known as double glazing (or double-pane, and increasingly triple glazing/pane) is double or triple glass window panes separated by a vacuum or gas filled space to reduce heat transfer across a part of the building envelope.

We are capable to process the below types of insulated glasses.

Normal double glazed glasses, double glazed glasses with Argon, double glazed glasses with spider dongles, laminated double glazed glasses, double glazed glasses with Louvers, double glazed glasses with georgian bars, triple glazed glasses

Minimum glass size: 300mm X 300mm
Maximum glass size: 2800mm X 5000mm

Laminated Glasses

For façade, canopies, railings, curtain walls, etc.

Laminated glass is a type of safety glass that holds together when shattered. In the event of breaking, it is held in place by an interlayer, typically of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) between its two or more layers of glasses.

We are offering the below types of laminated glasses.

Acoustic Laminated glasses, PVB laminated glasses, Sentry plus laminated glasses, Colour laminated glasses, Triple laminated glasses

Minimum glass size: 250mm X 550mm
Maximum glass size: 2600mm X 6000mm

Value added glass products

Heat soaked Glasses:

The Heat Soaking process is a method of reducing the incidence of spontaneous breakage in tempered glass caused by nickel sulphide. Heat soaked glasses can be used in critical application areas to eliminate the risk of spontaneous breakage.
